Hindu Chatra Sangha submits memorandum to CM Assam, raises demand to ban PFI

July 7: On Tuesday, Hindu Chatra Sangha submitted a memorandum, addressed to the Chief Minister of Assam, to ban PFI (Popular Front of India) in Assam. The move comes in view of the reports of NIA and other state governments, where they have already adviced the central govt to ban PFI in India. Hindu Chatra Sangha feels PFI needs to be banned in Assam and so has requested the Assam government to do so after carrying out a signature campaign where almost 3000 people including Subhasish Choudhury, Souvik Bhattacharjee, Aninda Deb Deb, Ratnadeep Chakraborty, Deep Das signed.
