DC Cachar interacts with 270 teachers through Google Meet, discusses issue of online teaching

Silchar,26th may: Deputy Commissioner,Cachar Keerthi Jalli along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Cachar (Education) Rajib Roy and District Elementary Education Officer Soumitra Deb held an online discussion with 270 teachers of Cachar District through Google Meet and discussed the issues of teaching the students through online.

Padma Sri Dr. Ravi Kannan gave a power point presentation on preventive measures to tackle the disease and reiterated the rules of wearing mask covering nose and mouth. Dr. Kannan also stressed upon maintaining self- isolation, frequent hand-washing and cough etiquette. He urged upon all to remain at their residence and avoid visiting crowded places.
