ABVP Silchar Unit to organise 11-A side ‘Lachit Cup’ tennis ball cricket tournament in Silchar from 20 Nov

way2barak, Nov.13: On the occasion of 400th birth anniversary of Bir Lachit Barphukan, the Silchar Unit of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has organised “Lachit Cup Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament” from 20 November, 2022 at the Udayan Sangha Ground, Malugram, Silchar. The entry fees for this 11-A side tournament is Rs. 1,100.

The age limit for the players will be from 15 to 25 years. The Champions will be given a prize money of Rs.10,000 and a trophy, whereas the Runners up will get Rs.5,000 prize money along with a trophy. Rules of the Tournament:

• The matches will be played in the knock-out format
• The matches will be played with tennis ball
