‘Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya’ Bijlee Mahotsav to be held on 28 & 29 July
July 27: As a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav – to celebrate 75 years of India’s Independence, in line with other parts of the country, a programme “Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya- Power @ 2047” is going to be celebrated at 2 locations of Cachar District under the aegis of Ministry of Power, Govt. of India and Govt.of Assam. The two locations where the programme will be held are:
- Saidpur, Near NIT from 2 PM onwards on 28 July, 2022
- Baritilla, Near Silcoorie Grant from 2 PM onwards on 29 July, 2022
The following is the programme schedule:
1. Welcome of Guests and Lighting of Lamp 2. Address by District Nodal Officer 3. Address by CEO APDCL 4. Address by District Collector 5. Films on (i) Universal Household Electrification (REC) (ii) Village Electrification (REC) (iii) Distribution System Strengthening (PFC) 6. Beneficiary Testimonials on Electrification Schemes 7. Film on Capacity Addition (NTPC) 8. Film on One Nation One Grid (PGCIL) 9. Film on Renewable Energy (SECI) 10. Nukkad Natak 1st Performance 11. Film on Consumer Rights (PFC) 12. Nukkad Natak 2nd Performance 13. Cultural Performance 14. Address by Guest of Honours 15. Address by Chief Guest 16. Vote of Thanks by CEO Zilla Parishad.
