Water works road to Bagadahar via Bethukandi & Silchar- Kumbhirgram Road closed

June 19: Due to rise in water level, L023-E & D Point Water works Road to Bagadahar via Bethukandi Road is closed for all types of vehicular traffic with immediate effect until further order.

In another notification, it was informed that due to overtopping of flood water on Silchar- Kumbhirgram Road (Gossaipur to Kumbhirgram) 2nd & 3rd Km will remain closed for all types of vehicular traffic with immediate effect until further order.

This was stated in two separate notifications issued by B. Chakraborty, Executive Engineer, PWD, Silchar & Udharbond Territorial Road Division, Silchar on 19 June, 2022.
