Oculoplastic surgery begins at Silchar SM Dev Civil Hospital

March 31: SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar has started performing oculoplastic surgeries. Senile entropion (inward permanent curving of eyelids due to old age), correction of both eyes have been done today at Eye OT by applying local anesthesia at SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar.
