5 found Covid +ve in Cachar on 29 December

Dec. 29: The District Health Department of Cachar updated the Covid-19 data of Wednesday at 10.20 PM. As per the latest data, 05 persons were found positive in the district on 29 December. Also, 04 patients were discharged (none from hospital & 4 from home) during the day. With this, the number of active cases in Cachar has gone down to 38 (31 in home isolation & 07 in hospitals).

As per the updated data, a total of 1,356 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) were done, out of which, 03 persons were found positive, whereas 02 were detected positive out of 234 RT-PCR Tests. With this, the total number of Covid cases since 1 April, 2021 reached 20,569 whereas during this phase, 20,312 patients were discharged.
