Orientation programme held in connection with written exam for recruitment of Grade III & IV posts

Aug. 18: An Orientation Meeting in connection with the written examination for Recruitment of Class III and Class IV Posts was held at Gandhi Bhawan on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Cachar, Rohan Kumar Jha. The meeting was attended by all the Centre In-charges, Police Sector, officers, all the ADC’s and Magistrates.

Rajib Roy, District Development Commissioner (DDC), Cachar welcomed everybody and briefed about the various arrangements required to be undertaken by the centre in-charges. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cachar briefed about the security arrangements made for the day of the examination. DC, Cachar also briefed everybody regarding the various measures to be undertaken from the security point of view to ensure smooth conduct of examination all throughout the district.

It needs mention here that in a move to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations for recruitment into nearly 30,000 Grade III and Grade IV posts for different State government departments, Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma held a virtual meeting with the DCs and other stakeholders at his office in Janata Bhawan on Wednesday. The examinations will be held on 21, 28 August and 11 September and on the days of examination mobile Internet service will be kept suspended during the exam hours.
