74 tests Covid positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday

Jan. 19: On Wednesday, Hailakandi registered 74 (67 RAT & 07 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 492 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 701 RAT tests and 40 RT-PCR tests were done. 78 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 8,849 (1st,  2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,829 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 78 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Tuesday. Till date, 52 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 642 persons were vaccinated on Wednesday.
