41 tests Covid positive in Hailakandi on Tuesday

Jan. 26: On Tuesday, Hailakandi registered 41 (35 RAT & 06 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 371 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 851 RAT tests and 39 RT-PCR tests were done. 78 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 9,146 (1st,  2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 5,248 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 56 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date, 55 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,389 persons were vaccinated on Tuesday.
