3 more students from Assam stranded in Ukraine evacuated
Feb. 28: Three more students from Assam stranded in Ukraine have been evacuated by the Ministry of External Affairs. They have arrived at New Delhi today at 5:20 PM and they were received by officials from Assam Bhawan, Delhi.
They are:
- Deepshikha Das from Bongshar, Sualkuchi.
- Prayash Sharma from Jorhat.
- Avnish Phukon from Moran.
All are studying medicine in UZHNU, Ukraine. They will be staying in Assam House, Delhi and their air travel from Delhi to Guwahati will be arranged by the state government accordingly.
