State govt to cancel appointments made through unfair means

Sept. 29: The State Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed displeasure on the recent scam in connection with the sub-inspector (SI) examination paper leak. Assam Government has now decided to cancel the appointments of already recruited persons, if done through unfair means. “Our government would look into the anomalies of earlier recruitments,” assured the minister.

Himanta Biswa Sarma categorically stated that earlier there were anomalies in the recruitment in Assam. He assured that now the state government would clean the system.
