239 persons depart for 5 districts from Silchar

April 26: A total of 239 persons have departed from Silchar in Cachar district to go their respective home districts within the state. As per a press release issued by DDIPR office, Silchar, it was stated that the following number of persons departed for 5 districts of Assam from Silchar:

• Karimganj: 74 passengers
• Hailakandi: 11 passengers
• Nagaon: 47 persons
• Kamrup Metro & Kamrup Rural: 107 passengers.

The release further informed that buses for Dhubri and Kokrajhar are yet to leave.
