Green Heals Hospital suspends regular OPD services, Emergency services to remain open

March 23: In view of the preventive measures against any outbreak of corona virus (COVID-19), the regular OPD services stands suspended from the forenoon of 24 March till 31 March, 2020 at the Green Heals Hospital Pvt Ltd. Silchar. This was informed in a press release issued by Head of Admin & Operations of the hospital on Monday.

The press release further stated that all the schedule bookings/ appointments against all doctors/ consultants who do consultation in the OPD in Green Heals were also deferred. However, all emergency OPD cases will be attended by the available in-house Resident Doctors and available visiting consultants.

It was also stated that the scheduled visits of visiting consultant Dr. Karan Saraf (Nephrologist) and Dr. Dibanath Chakraborty (Spine & Neuro Surgeon) were postponed and fresh dates of their visit will be informed in due course of time. However, it was informed that all admissions, emergency services and critical care services will remain open without any disruption.
