হাইলাকান্দিতে পশু চিকিৎসা ক্যাম্প 

ওয়েটুবরাক, ১৮ নভেম্বর : হাইলাকান্দি জেলা ভেটেনারি বিভাগের উদ্যোগে  হাইলাকান্দি  উন্নয়ন খন্ডের বড়হাইলাকান্দি গ্রামে এবং লালা উন্নয়ন খন্ডের সুদর্শনপুর গ্রামে দুটি পশু চিকিৎসা শিবির  অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। বড়হাইলাকান্দির চিকিৎসা শিবিরে ২৩১টি গবাদি পশুকে ফুট অ্যান্ড মাউথ ডিজিজ অর্থাৎ বাত রোগের ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া  হয়। সুদর্শনপুরের চিকিৎসা শিবিরে ৯০টি গবাদি পশুর টিকাকরণ করা হয়। এছাড়া উভয় শিবিরে আরও ১৪৫টি গবাদি পশুর চিকিৎসা করে বিনামূল্যে ওষুধপত্র দেওয়া হয়।।

উল্লেখ্য, উভয় শিবিরে ভেটেনারি বিভাগের মোবাইল ভ্যান দিয়ে চিকিৎসা করা হয় । জেলায় মোবাইল ভ্যান এর মাধ্যমে পশুদের  চিকিৎসা পেতে ১৯৬২ (1962) দিয়ে ডায়াল করলে এই পরিষেবা উপলব্ধি হয়।
