271 tests +ve in Assam on Tuesday; 629 patients discharged

Nov. 10: On Tuesday, out of 25,339 tests only 271 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,09,388 out of which, 5,965 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 1.07 percent.

On Tuesday, 629 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,02,468 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Further, during the day, 05 more patients died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 952.
