60 new COVID cases detected in Hailakandi on Saturday, 23 persons discharged

May 8: Hailakandi registered 60 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. Of the 60 active cases detected on Saturday, 59 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 01 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 302 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,323 RAT tests and 23 RT-PCR tests were done. 23 persons were discharged on Saturday. It needs mention here that 44 persons were found positive on Friday.
