All educational institutions closed in Dima Hasao until further orders

May 18: In view of the incessant rain and landslides in Dima Hasao causing critical situations Deputy Commissioner, Dima Hasao, Nazreen Ahmed, ACS exercising power conferred under Sec. 34 of Disaster Management Act, 2015 has ordered closure of all Educational Institutions in Dima Hasao untill further orders.

As conveyed by both Deputy Commissioner, Dima Hasao and Principal Secretary, NCHAC there is no need to panic about essential goods in district. Interview scheduled for 19th and 20th May, 2022 for various posts under the O/o Divisional Forest Officer (E) has been postponed until further order.
