166 candidates given appointment letters in health deptt on compassionate grounds in Assam

Feb. 10: With the assembly elections knocking at the doors, Assam government is busy distributing appointment letters in various departments. On Wednesday, another 166 candidates were appointed on compassionate ground. State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma distributed the appointment letters in Guwahati in presence of MoS Pijush Hazarika.

In a tweet, the minister wrote, “Pleased to have distributed appointment letters to 166 candidates under Directorate of Health Services & Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam on compassionate grounds today. Best wishes to all new appointees.”
