Cachar health dept provides tele- consultation services to Covid patients in home isolation

Jan. 13: As the number of coronavirus cases are gradually increasing, the Joint Director of Health Services, Cachar has issued a notification on Thursday whereby mobile numbers were notified for providing Tele-Consultation Services to the Covid patients who are undergoing Home Isolation in different parts of the district. The tele- consultation services will be provided from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on daily basis (including Sunday & holidays).

The Joint Director further stated that Superintendent of S.M Dev Civil Hospital and SDM&HO, Block PHC were asked to deploy Medical Officers to provide Tele-consultation services as directed by authority. This order was issued on the basis of the minutes of a meeting held with Deputy Commissioner, Cachar on 11 January, 2022.
