Is it a glitch or something else, tweets Anupam Kher after losing 80k followers in 36 hours

June 11: Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has lost 80,000 followers from his twitter handle in the last 36 years. This was tweeted by the actor himself on 10 June. He wrote, “Dear @Twitter and @TwitterIndia ! I have 80,000 less followers in the last 36 hours! Is there a glitch in your app or something else is happening!! It is an observation. Not a complaint….. yet.:).” 

Kher is one of the most active celebrities on social media and always interacts with his fans and followers on Instagram and Twitter. The actor at present has 18.7 million followers.

In 2018, megastar Amitabh Bachhan also experienced a similar phenomenon when he lost quite a considerable number of followers from his Twitter account.
