70 found Covid+ve in Hailakandi on Friday

Jan. 14: On Friday, Hailakandi registered 70 (67 RAT & 03 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 426 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 518 RAT tests and 70 RT-PCR tests were done. 26 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 8,511 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,557 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 90 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Thursday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 737 persons were vaccinated on Tuesday.
