With 567 patients discharged on Saturday, Assam achieves impressive recovery rate of 69.57%
Active cases now 2092 in Assam
June 27: A huge number of 567 patients were discharged on Saturday from across Assam after their reports came as negative. With this, a total of 4814 COVID-19 patients in the state have recovered and were subsequently discharged. Assam recorded a total of 6919 coronavirus patients so far, out of which, only 2092 are active cases. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet wrote, “It gives me immense pleasure to share that more patients have been discharged today. With this, we have touched the impressive recovery rate of 69.57%.”
