28th National Integration and Youth Leadership Camp being organized at Assam University
২৮তম জাতীয় সংহতি ও যুব নেতৃত্ব শিবির আয়োজিত হচ্ছে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১ নভেম্বর : সিকিমের মাটিতে গত বছর সফল আয়োজনের পর এ বছর ২৮তম জাতীয় সংহতি ও যুব নেতৃত্ব শিবির আয়োজিত হচ্ছে অসমে৷ আগামী ২৪ ডিসেম্বর থেকে এই মেগা শিবির শুরু হচ্ছে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে৷ চলবে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পৰ্যন্ত৷ বিষয় থাকছে ‘সোনালি ভারতের জন্য যুবাদের ক্ষমতায়ন৷ সপ্তাহব্যাপী এই শিবিরের আয়োজক সেন্ট্ৰাল ক্যালকাটা সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড কালচার অৰ্গানাইজেশন ফর ইয়ুথ৷ সহযোগিতায় থাকছে অসম সরকার, নৰ্থ ইস্ট কাউন্সিল ও আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়৷ ইতিমধ্যেই শিবিরের চূড়ান্ত রূপরেখা তৈরি করে নেওয়া হয়েছে৷ শিলচর এসে সবকিছু খতিয়ে দেখেছেন আয়োজক সংগঠনের মুখ্য সাধারণ সম্পাদক নিমাই চন্দ্ৰ প্ৰামাণিক ও সাধারণ সম্পাদক তথা কোষাধ্যক্ষ রীতা পাল৷

২৪ ডিসেম্বর থেকে শিবির শুরু হলেও প্ৰথম দু’দিন চলবে শুধু অংশগ্ৰহণ পৰ্ব৷ ২৬ ডিসেম্বর বেলা দশটায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নেতাজি সুভাষ মুক্তমঞ্চে এই শিবিরের আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধন করা হবে৷ এই মুক্তমঞ্চ ছাড়াও প্ৰশিক্ষণ ও অন্যান্য কাৰ্যক্রম চলবে বিপিনচন্দ্ৰ পাল মিলনায়তন, বিভিন্ন বিভাগের সেমিনার হল, ইন্ডোর স্টেডিয়াম, ওপেন থিয়েটার, খেলার মাঠ ইত্যাদি স্থানে৷ শিবির চলবে প্ৰতিদিন সকাল ন’টা থেকে বিকেল সাড়ে চারটা পৰ্যন্ত৷ শিবিরে যেসব বিষয়ে প্ৰশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে তারমধ্যে রয়েছে যোগব্যায়াম, অনুশীলন, আত্মরক্ষা, সঙ্গীত, নৃত্য, আবৃত্তি, খেলাধুলা, ক্যারিয়ার গাইডেন্স ইত্যাদি৷ প্ৰশিক্ষণ দেবেন সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রের প্রতিষ্ঠিত ব্যক্তিরা সহ ভারতীয় সেনাবাহিনী, বিমানবাহিনী ও নৌবাহিনীর পদস্থ আধিকারিকরা৷

শিবির চলাকালীন বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের ওপর জাতীয় স্তরের আলোচনাচক্রেরও আয়োজন করা হয়েছে৷ ২৬ ডিসেম্বর আলোচনাচক্রের  বিষয় থাকছে ‘ভবিষ্যতের মহাকাশ বিজ্ঞান অন্বেষণে যুবাদের মূল ভূমিকা’ এবং ‘বিজ্ঞান ও উদ্ভাবনে বৈশ্বিক নেতৃত্বের জন্য ভারতীয় যুবাদের ক্ষমতায়ন’৷ ২৭ ডিসেম্বর বিষয় থাকছে ‘প্ৰতিরক্ষা গবেষণা ও উন্নয়নে আত্মনিৰ্ভর ভারতে যুবাদের অংশগ্ৰহণ’, ‘যুবাদের মধ্যে মাদকের অপব্যবহারের প্ৰভাব ও প্ৰতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা’ এবং ‘ভারতীয় সংস্কৃতি : ঐতিহ্য, বৈচিত্ৰ্য ও স্থায়িত্ব’৷ ২৮ ডিসেম্বর বিষয় থাকছে ‘প্ৰতিরক্ষা মন্ত্ৰক নিয়ে আপনার ভাবনা’, ‘পরিবেশ দূষণ : এর প্ৰভাব ও প্ৰতিকার’, এবং ‘ডিজিটাল ভারত, এনইজিডি, সাইবার নিরাপত্তা সচেতনতা’৷ ২৯ ডিসেম্বর বিষয় থাকছে ‘অনাবাসিক শিক্ষা ও ক্রীড়ার মাধ্যমে জাতীয় সংহতি ও যুব নেতৃত্ব’ এবং ‘কৃত্ৰিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা : সাক্ষরতা, প্ৰয়োগ, সুরক্ষা ও এর ভবিষ্যৎ’৷ ২৯ ডিসেম্বর বিষয় থাকছে ‘যুব ক্ষমতায়ন : সোনালি ভারতের জন্য পরবৰ্তী প্ৰজন্মের নেতাদের প্ৰস্তুত করা’৷

২৭ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ২৯ ডিসেম্বর পৰ্যন্ত নাটক ও সৃজনশীল নৃত্যের ওপর বিপিনচন্দ্ৰ পাল মিলনায়তনে সাংস্কৃতিক কৰ্মশালাও আয়োজিত হবে৷ ২৮ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ৩০ ডিসেম্বর পৰ্যন্ত মুক্তমঞ্চে আয়োজিত হবে বিজ্ঞান প্ৰদৰ্শনী৷ এছাড়াও ওই সময় স্বাস্থ্যমেলারও আয়োজন করা হবে৷ ৩০ ডিসেম্বর বিকেল তিনটেয় থাকছে সমাপনী অনুষ্ঠান ও পুরস্কার বিতরণ৷

শিবিরে ১৮ থেকে ২২ বছর বয়সের কলেজ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পড়ুয়ারাই শুধু অংশ নিতে পারবেন৷ আবেদনকারীদের মধ্যে যাদের বাড়ি পঞ্চাশ কিলোমিটারের বেশি দূরত্বে, তাদের প্ৰয়োজন হলে শিবিরে থাকার ব্যবস্থা করা হতে পারে৷ সেইক্ষেত্ৰে থাকার সুবিধাৰ্থে বিছানার চাদর, শীতকালীন পোশাক ইত্যাদি দৈনন্দিন ব্যবহারিক সামগ্ৰী নিজেদের আনতে হবে৷ তবে কোনও মূল্যবান সামগ্ৰী শিবিরের আনার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না৷ প্ৰত্যেককেই শিবিরের নিয়মনীতি কঠোর ভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে৷ অন্যথায় যে কোনও সময় বহিষ্কারও করা হতে পারে৷ নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্ৰতিষ্ঠানের প্ৰধানদের দিয়ে প্ৰত্যয়িত করিয়ে অংশগ্ৰহণকারীদের রেজিস্ট্ৰেশন ফৰ্ম জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ ৮ ডিসেম্বর৷ রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে কোনও টাকা লাগবে না। ফৰ্ম জমা দিতে হবে আয়োজক সংগঠনের ইমেলে – nic.98@rediffmail.com এবং হাৰ্ড কপি শিবিরে অংশ নেওয়ার সময় দাখিল করতে হবে৷

Way2barak, 1 November : After the successful event organised in Sikkim last year, the 28th National Integration and Youth Leadership Camp is being organized in Assam this year. This mega camp will start from December 24 at Assam University, Silchar. It will continue till December 31. The theme is ‘Empowerment of Youth for Golden India’. The week-long camp is organized by Central Calcutta Science and Culture Organization for Youth. The Assam government, North East Council and Assam University are in collaboration. The final outline of the camp has already been prepared. Nimai Chandra Pramanik, Chief General Secretary of the organization, and Rita Paul, General Secretary and Treasurer, came to Silchar recently and reviewed everything.

Although the camp will start from December 24, the first two days will be only for the reporting & joining. The camp will be officially inaugurated at the Netaji Subhas Muktamanch of the university on December 26 at 10 am. Apart from this Muktamanch, training and other activities will be held at the Bipin Chandra Pal Auditorium, seminar halls of various departments, indoor stadium, open theatre, playgrounds etc. The camp will run from 9 am to 4:30 pm every day. The subjects that will be trained in the camp include yoga, exercise, self-defense, music, dance, recitation, sports, career guidance etc. The training will be provided by eminent scholars of the various fields and senior officers of the Indian Army, Air Force and Navy.

National seminars on various topics have also been organised during the camp. The topics of the seminar on December 26 are ‘the key role of youth for future space science exploration’ and ‘Empowering Indian youth for global leadership in science and its innovation’. The topics on December 27 are ‘the part of youth in journey towards Atmanirbhar Bharat in defence research and development’, ‘Effect of drug abuse among youth and its preventive measures’ and ‘Indian culture: heritage, diversity and sustainability’. The topics on December 28 are ‘Design your dreams in Ministry Defence’, ‘Environmental pollution: its impacts and remediations’, and ‘Digital India, NEGD, Cyber ​​Security Awareness’. The topics on December 29 are ‘National Integration & youth leadership through outdoor education and sports’ and ‘Artificial Intelligence: Literacy, applications, security and its future’. The theme for December 29th is ‘Youth Empowerment: Enabling the Next Generation of Leaders for Golden India’.

Cultural workshops on drama and creative dance will also be organized at the Bipin Chandra Pal Auditorium from December 27 to 29. A science exhibition will be organized at the Muktamancha from December 28 to 30. A Health Fair will also be organized during that time. The closing ceremony and award distribution will be held at 3 pm on December 30.

Only college and university students between the ages of 18 and 22 can participate in this camp. If required, accommodation can be arranged for those applicants whose homes are more than fifty kilometers away. They will have to bring their own daily necessities like bed sheets, winter clothes etc. to stay in that camp. However, no valuable goods will be allowed to be brought to the camp. Everyone will have to strictly follow the rules of the camp. Otherwise, they may be expelled at any time. The last date for submission of registration forms by the participants, certified by the heads of their respective educational institutions, is December 8.
