way2barak, May 16:  Podder Group anounces huge opportunity for jobs in Silchar, Karimganj, Hailkandi and NC Hills.

Sales executives : required educational qualification – HS passed. Good communication skills in Bengali , Hindi and English.
Those with experience and those without experience may apply .
Those with experience will be considered as sales executives and fresh applicants will be taken as trainees.

Trainee – One month training only TA-DA and daily allowance of Rs 150 per day of work.
On completion of training stipend of Rs 6000 per month for next 6 months plus TA-DA. Incentive on sales made as per system.
After completion of training based on performance service may be confirmed. Then salary will be Rs 12000 to Rs 15000 per month plus incentives and commission on sales made as per system.

Sales Manager – Rs 25000 pm to Rs 35000 pm will be paid as salary plus other benefits as suitable depending on suitable experience.

Team Leaders – Having minimum 3 years experience in sales of two wheelers and three wheelers- Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 pm will be the salary depending on performance. Incentive and commission may be added.

Service Manager – with minimum 5 – 7 years and handling the service operations of any two wheeler or four wheeler dealerships.

Having own two wheeler is a precondition for all the above posts. Only candidates with two wheelers may apply.

Service adviser – with minimum 3 years experience in automobile industry and having a HS or graduation. Reserved for ladies only.
