Meet held for finalization of beneficiaries under Orunodoi Scheme in Cachar

Sept.30: A meeting was held for finalization of beneficiaries under Orunodoi Scheme here on Tuesday. Chairing a meeting at her office conference hall, Deputy Commissioner, Cachar, Keerthi Jalli read out the Gaon Panchayat- wise and municipal targets and cross checked and verified the figures set by the BDOs and EO. The Deputy Commissioner also expressed her displeasure for poor performance of BDO, Narsingpur and Assistant BDO and directed for pay cut.

In respect of mismatch of data, all the BDOs were directed for rectification and re-submission of same.
It was decided to hold the next meeting on October 1 at 3 pm. The Deputy Commissioner described about the timelines and requested all the concerned officers to act accordingly, as the launching date is knocking at the door.

MLA Katigorah, Amar Chand Jain, MLA Borkhola, Kishor Nath, MLA Silchar, Dilip Kumar Paul and MLA, Udarbond, Mihir Kanti Shome and representatives from Sonai, Lakhipur and Dholai were present in the meeting.
It is informed that work for form printing is going on in full swing displaying the number and LAC. After finalization of data entry work will start by Orunodoi sahayak. District Development Commissioner, Jessica Lalsim and District Planning Officer, Ruli Dolagaphu also attended the meeting.
