Assam registers 2 more deaths on Wednesday due to COVID-19, toll reaches 983

Dec. 2: On Wednesday, two more persons lost their lives in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 983. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The 02 deceased were identified as:

• Tunna Raut (32) of Jorhat
• Trailukya Ray (50) of Goalpara
