ওয়ে টু বরাক, ২৬ সেপ্টেম্বর : আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিং অ্যান্ড প্লেসমেন্ট সেলের উদ্যোগে ও ইনকিউবেশন সেন্টার, বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের সহযোগিতায় শুক্রবার “ক্যাম্পাস থেকে কর্পোরেটে: মানব সম্পদের প্রত্যাশা পূরণ” শীর্ষক এক আলোচনা সভার আয়োজন করা হয়। এতে প্রধান বক্তা হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ডেলয়েটের ট্যালেন্ট ডেভেলপমেন্টের অ্যাসোসিয়েট ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট অনিন্দিতা দে।

কর্পোরেট জগতে মানব সম্পদ পেশাদারদের ক্রমবর্ধমান প্রত্যাশা নিয়ে শিক্ষা ও শিল্পের প্রয়োজনীয়তার মধ্যে ব্যবধান পূরণ করার লক্ষ্যে এই অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়। বর্তমান বাজারের চাহিদা পূরণের জন্য ও পেশাদারিত্বে শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব অর্জনের জন্য শিক্ষার্থীরা কীভাবে তাদের দক্ষতা, মানসিকতা ও প্রস্তুতিকে সামঞ্জস্য করতে পারে, তা নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়।

বক্তব্য রাখতে গিয়ে অ্যাসোসিয়েট ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট অনিন্দিতা দে কর্পোরেট ক্ষেত্রে নিয়োগ যোগ্যতা, ক্যারিয়ার প্রস্তুতি ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে আলোচনা করেন। তিনি মানব সম্পদের মানদণ্ড পূরণে ক্রমাগত শিক্ষা, পেশাদার নীতিশাস্ত্র ও কার্যকর যোগাযোগের গুরুত্বের ওপর জোর দেন।

এদিনের অনুষ্ঠান সফল করতে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করেন ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিং অ্যান্ড প্লেসমেন্ট সেলের ছাত্র সমন্বয়কারী অরিন্দম দত্ত ও মধুরিমা নাথ, বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের ট্রেনিং অ্যান্ড প্লেসমেন্ট অফিসার সৌরভ দে প্রমুখ। শেষে আয়োজিত হয় প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্ব। এতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে পড়ুয়াদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেন অনিন্দিতা দে।

Way2barak, September 26 : The Career Counselling and Placement Cell & Incubation Centre of Assam University, in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, organized a session on “From Campus to Corporate: Meeting HR Expectations.”

The session aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by guiding students on the evolving expectations of Human Resource professionals in the corporate world. It provided insights into how students can align their skills, mindset, and preparedness to meet current market demands and excel in their professional journey.

The program was graced by Anindita Dey, Associate Vice President, Talent Development, Deloitte, who addressed the gathering and shared her expertise on the critical aspects of employability, career readiness, and adaptability in today’s corporate environment. She emphasized the importance of continuous learning, professional ethics, and effective communication in meeting HR benchmarks.

The event was actively coordinated by Arindam Dutta and Madhurima Nath, Student Coordinators of the Career Counselling and Placement Cell, with guidance from faculty member Saurav Dey, Training and Placement Officer of the Department of Business Administration.

The session concluded with an engaging interactive segment, where students had the opportunity to clarify their doubts and seek practical advice, leaving them motivated and better prepared for their transition from campus to the corporate arena.
