Conceptualized by Prof. Partha Sarkar, the film is scripted and directed by Swapnodeep Sen, with narration by Shatabdi Nath. The documentary’s cinematography is handled by Swapnodeep Sen, Ujjal Malakar, and Partho Kumar Nath, while Amitabh Sharma is the key person for editing and graphics.
The film delves into how Sadri, the lingua franca of the tea tribe community, acts as a crucial tool for effective communication and development initiatives.
