Deadline announced for submission of vehicle hire bills for Assembly Election

way2barak, April 17:— All concerned office bearers of Commercial Vehicle Owners’ Associations and individual vehicle owners whose vehicles were engaged on hire in connection with the conduct of the Assembly Election, 2026 are hereby requested to submit their bills in duplicate against the hire charges of their respective vehicles.

The bills must be submitted to the Transport Cell operating at Dak Bungalow Silchar on or before April 20, 2026. This is to ensure timely processing and onward submission of the same to the Election Office, Silchar.

All stakeholders are advised to adhere strictly to the stipulated deadline to facilitate smooth and prompt settlement of claims.
