Dead body of Circle Officer who died in boat capsize reaches Silchar

way2barak, Oct.3: In a tragic incident, the dead body of the Circle Officer Sanju Das, who lost his life in a boat capsize reached Silchar on Monday. His body was brought in an ambulance from Dhubri. On reaching Silchar, his body was taken to the Circuit House, where administrative officials of Cachar paid their last tribute to their deceased colleague Sanju Das.

From there, his dead body was taken to his house at Irongmara in Dholai constituency of Cachar. His last rites will be performed there amidst gun salute by the police.
