অখিল ভারতীয় শিক্ষা সমাগমে যোগ দিলেন উপাচাৰ্য পন্থ

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ২৯ জুলাই : জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি ২০২০-এর পাঁচ বছর পূৰ্তি উপলক্ষে মঙ্গলবার নতুন দিল্লির ভারত মণ্ডপমে আয়োজিত হল অখিল ভারতীয় শিক্ষা সমাগম৷ এ দিন সকালে এর আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধন করেন কেন্দ্ৰীয় শিক্ষামন্ত্ৰী ধৰ্মেন্দ্ৰ প্ৰধান৷ উপস্থিত ছিলেন শিক্ষা, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন ও উদ্যোক্তা মন্ত্ৰকের প্ৰতিমন্ত্ৰী জয়ন্ত চৌধুরী, ডোনার মন্ত্ৰী সুকান্ত মজুমদার সহ বিভিন্ন রাজ্যের শিক্ষামন্ত্ৰী, উচ্চশিক্ষা বিভাগের সচিব সহ বিভিন্ন উচ্চশিক্ষা প্ৰতিষ্ঠানের প্ৰধানরা৷ এতে অংশ নেন আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচাৰ্য অধ্যাপক রাজীবমোহন পন্থ, শিক্ষা বিভাগের বরিষ্ঠ অধ্যাপক অজয় কুমার সিং সহ আরও অনেকে৷

অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তব্য রাখতে গিয়ে কেন্দ্ৰীয় শিক্ষামন্ত্ৰী ধৰ্মেন্দ্ৰ প্ৰধান বলেন, প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নরেন্দ্ৰ মোদির রূপান্তরমূলক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিই প্ৰতিফলিত হয়েছে জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতিতে৷ সমগ্ৰ দেশ যখন ‘বিকশিত ভারত’-এর দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নিয়ে এগিয়ে চলেছে, তখন জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি একটি জাতীয় মিশন হিসেবে দেশকে আরও এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার দিক নিৰ্দেশ করছে৷ তাঁর মতে, ‘বিকশিত ভারত’-এর স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়নে সবচেয়ে কাৰ্যকর হাতিহার ‘জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি ২০২০। তিনি এও বলেন, সরকার ‘জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি ২০২০-কে নীতি থেকে অনুশীলনে নিয়ে যেতে সফল হয়েছে৷ যার মাধ্যমে ভারতীয় জ্ঞান ব্যবস্থায় বিশেষ করে উদ্ভাবন ও গবেষণায় এক দৃষ্টান্তমূলক পরিবৰ্তন সাধিত হয়েছে৷

আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচাৰ্য অধ্যাপক রাজীবমোহন পন্থ জানিয়েছেন, অখিল ভারতীয় শিক্ষা সমাগম শুধুমাত্ৰ একটি সম্মেলন নয়, বরং একটি উন্নত ভারত গড়ে তোলার জাতীয় সংকল্পের এক সসম্মিলিত অভিব্যক্তি৷ ‘জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি ২০২০’র মূল ক্ষেত্ৰগুলির ওপর বিষয়ভিত্তিক অধিবেশনে এ দিন শিক্ষাগত রূপান্তরের পরবৰ্তী পৰ্যায়ের এজেন্ডা নিৰ্ধারণে অন্তদৃষ্টিপূৰ্ণ আলোচনা হয়েছে বলেও জানান তিনি৷ প্ৰতিটি শ্ৰেণিকক্ষ যাতে অৰ্থপূৰ্ণ শিক্ষার স্থান হয়ে ওঠে ও প্ৰতিজন ছাত্ৰছাত্ৰীর সম্ভাবনা যাতে সৃজনশীলতা মাধ্যমে বিকশিত হয় তা নিশ্চিত করার ওপরই জোর দেওয়া হয়েছে এই শিক্ষা সমাগমে৷

way2barak, July 29 : On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the National Education Policy 2020, the Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam was organized at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Tuesday. This morning, it was formally inaugurated by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. In presence of Education Minister of State for Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chowdhury, Donor Minister Sukanta Majumdar, Education Ministers of various states, Secretary of the Higher Education Department and heads of various higher education institutions. Assam University Vice Chancellor Professor Rajiv Mohan Pant, Senior Professor of the Education Department Ajay Kumar Singh and many others also participated in it.

Speaking at the event, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the transformational vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been reflected in the National Education Policy. While the entire country is moving forward with the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047 ‘, the National Education Policy is guiding the country as a national mission to take it further. According to him, the most effective weapon in realizing the dream of ‘Viksit Bharat ‘ is the ‘National Education Policy 2020’. He also said that the government has succeeded in taking the ‘National Education Policy 2020’ from policy to practice. Through which a paradigm shift has been achieved in the Indian knowledge system, especially in innovation and research.

Assam University Vice Chancellor Professor Rajiv Mohan Pant said that the Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam is not just a conference, but a collective expression of the national resolve to build a developed India. He also said that insightful discussions were held today in thematic sessions on key areas of the ‘National Education Policy 2020’ to set the agenda for the next phase of educational transformation. The focus of this education conference was to ensure that every classroom becomes a place of meaningful learning and that the potential of every student is developed through creativity.
