Assam registers 2 more deaths on Friday due to COVID-19, toll reaches 987

Dec. 4: On Friday, two more persons lost their lives in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 987. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The 02 deceased were identified as:

• Bibeka Rajkhowa (93) of Dibrugarh
• Rumi Cheleng (65) of Sivasagar
