Friday begins with 38 new cases in Assam including 4 from Barak Valley

June 5: On Friday afternoon, 38 new cases were detected from 6 districts of Assam. 2 cases each were also reported from Karimganj and Hailakandi. With this, the total number of Coronavirus cases in Assam has now reached 2153, out of which, 1687 are active cases. Sharing the information, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet gave the district wise break up.
