Horrific! Deaf, mute girl gangraped; eyes damaged so she can’t identify accused

Jan. 14: In a horrific incident, a 15-year -old deaf and mute girl was allegedly gangraped in Bihar. The atrocities upon the teenager girl by the ‘devils’ just did not stop there. After brutally raping her, the accused damaged her eyes with a sharp object so that she could not identify them. The minor girl is in a critical condition.

The incident took place in Madhubani district of Bihar on Tuesday. The girl is a student of Class X. Her parents are daily wage earners. The accused took over her when she went to the riverside to fetch leaves for her goats. One of the accused from the same village was named in the FIR, who was later on joined by two of his friends.

On the basis of the FIR, three people have been arrested so far. Police revealed that the girl has suffered serious injury in her eyes.
