Strict vigil by Karimganj administration, screening done at Churaibari Assam Gate

May 03: India has entered now into the 3rd phase of lockdown. Meanwhile, inter-state movement of stranded persons has also been started during Lockdown 3.0. Since inter state vehicle movement has been permitted, a proper record of vehicles and people entering Assam via Karimganj is being kept at Churaibari Assam Gate along with proper screening. On Sunday, Anurag Phukan, ACS, Election Officer & Executive Magistrate, Karimganj along with Prakash Singha, DPC, NCD NHM inspected the screening process in place at the Assam-Tripura border.
