Assam University teacher Himadri Das sick, taken to GNRC
বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শিক্ষক হিমাদ্রী দাস অসুস্থ

৫ এপ্রিল: আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পদার্থবিদ্যার সহকারী অধ্যাপক হিমাদ্রী শেখর দাস আচমকা অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েছেন| শনিবার রাত ১টা নাগাদ তিনি মস্তিষ্কে রক্তক্ষরণে আক্রান্ত হন৷ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে তাঁকে বাড়ির পাশে সুদীপ্তা নার্সিং হোমে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়৷ সেখান থেকে গ্রিনহিলসের আইসিইউ-তে৷ রবিবার সকালে তাঁর অবস্থা পর্যালোচনা করে বিশেষজ্ঞরা তাঁকে গুয়াহাটি নিয়ে যেতে বলেন৷ পদার্থবিদ্যার তরুণ শিক্ষক, বিজ্ঞানবিষয়ক লেখক হিমাদ্রী শেখর দাসকে নিয়ে এই সময়ে পরিজনরা গুয়াহাটির উদ্দেশে রওয়ানা হয়েছেন৷ রাতেই তাঁকে ভর্তি করানো হবে জিএনআরসিতে৷

April 5: Himadri Sekhar Das, Assistant Professor of Physics of Assam University suffered a stroke at late night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, he was rushed to Sudipta Nursing Home from where he was referred to Green Heals Hospital. At Green Heals, he was admitted in the ICU. However, after thorough investigation, doctors referred him to GNRC, Guwahati. Due to the ongoing lockdown, it took sometime to seek permission from the district administration and at 3 PM an ambulance was arranged for taking him to Guwahati. He was accompanied by his wife and a relative. They will reach Guwahati tonight. Himadri, a young and enthusiastic teacher of Physics is popular among his students and colleagues as a real gentleman. All his kith and kin, have wished  for his quick recovery.
