Railway & bus passengers from others states to be screened in Cachar

১৬ ই মার্চ: ভিন রাজ্য থেকে আসা সমস্ত গাড়ি ও রেলযাত্রীদের স্ক্রিনিং করানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে কাছাড় জেলা প্রশাসন৷ করোনা ভাইরাস নিয়ে সতর্কতামূলক ব্যবস্থা হিসাবেই সোমবার এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে৷

দিল্লি, কলকাতা ও ত্রিবান্দ্রম থেকে ট্রেনে আসা যাত্রীদের স্ক্রিনিং করার ব্যাপারে রেল কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা দেবে। অন্যদিকে, স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগ প্রতিবেশী রাজ্য থেকে সড়ক পথে আসা যাত্রীদের স্ক্রিনিং করারও সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। সে ক্ষেত্রে জিরিঘাট, লায়লাপুর ও দিগরখালে মেডিক্যাল টিম মোতায়েন করা হয়েছে। স্বাস্থ্যবিভাগের পক্ষ থেকে যাত্রী এবং সাধারণ জনতার সহযোগিতা কামনা করা হয়েছে৷

March 16: In view of the recent outbreak of COVID19 (coronavirus), the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of Assam has decided to start screening of passengers coming by train from Delhi, Kolkata and Trivandrum. The Railway authority will provide necessary logistic support.

Further, the department has decided to screen the passengers coming by road from the neighbouring states. In this regard, medical teams have been deputed at Jirighat, Lailapur and Digarkhal. The department has sought the cooperation of the public in this regard.
