BJP will again form govt in Assam in 2021, assures BTC Chief Hagrama to PM Modi

February 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed a huge rally at Kokrajhar.  It was an occasion to mark the celebration of the signing of the historic Bodo Peace Accord. Expressing his pleasure while addressing a gathering, Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Chief Hagrama Mohilary said that BJP will once gain form the government in Assam in 2021.

Hagrama,”I want to assure the Prime Minister that BJP will once again form the governement in the state election in 2021.” He also thanked the prime Minister for sanctioning Rs 1500 crore which will be given as a special developmental package to help the Bodos.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “The Bodo accord is to celebrate the efforts of intellectuals of the region towards lasting peace. The historical accord has taken care of all pending issues, now we must hit the road to development. I congratulate Bodo youths for being back in the national mainstream.”
