‘Living Die’ Visual Performance at Assam University Tomorrow
কাল আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ‘লিভিং ডাই’ ভিজ্যুয়াল পারফরম্যান্স

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১ এপ্রিল : আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভিজ্যুয়াল আর্টস বিভাগের উদ্যোগে আগামী ২ এপ্রিল অনুষ্ঠিত হতে চলেছে ব্যতিক্রমধর্মী ভিজ্যুয়াল পারফরম্যান্স ‘লিভিং ডাই’। ‘পেইন প্লেয়ার্স’-এর প্রযোজনায় এই অনুষ্ঠানটি বিকেল সাড়ে চারটেয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিপিন চন্দ্র পাল মিলনায়তনে আয়োজিত হবে।

এই পারফরম্যান্সের ভাবনা ও পরিকল্পনায় রয়েছেন অধ্যাপক অভিব্রত চক্রবর্তী। সহকারী হিসেবে থাকছেন অরিজিৎ ও কিরণ সিনহা। অনুষ্ঠানে জীবনের অস্তিত্ব, মৃত্যু, মানসিক দ্বন্দ্ব এবং মানবিক অনুভূতির বিভিন্ন দিক শিল্পিতভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হবে বলে আয়োজকদের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে।

অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণ করবেন অরিজিৎ, কিরণ সিনহা, অন্তরা রাজকুমারী, ঋতিকা থাপা, ত্রিদিশা দত্ত, নন্দনী দেব, স্বাতি কুমারী, প্রেরণা সিনহা, নির্বাণ সিনহা, শিবম দাস, কুশল সিনহা, জয়শ্রী কলিতা, ঋদ্ধিমা নাথ, কেইইলুংলিয়াকলে নিউমে, সিদ্ধার্থ রবিদাস, বিপ্রজিত দেব, গানোল্ড মারওয়েইন, বেদস্মিতা নাথ, সঞ্চিতা নন্দী, পর্ণশ্রী চক্রবর্তী, মানবী পাল, ও জুহি সিনহা, দিগঙ্গনা দাস, রেশমি দেবী, প্রসেনজিৎ কুমার সাহা ও তাবা ইয়ানিয়া।

আয়োজকদের আশা, এই ভিজ্যুয়াল পারফরম্যান্সটি দর্শকদের মধ্যে নতুন চিন্তার দিগন্ত উন্মোচন করবে এবং শিল্পচর্চার ক্ষেত্রে এক ভিন্নমাত্রা যোগ করবে। তাই আয়োজকদের পক্ষ থেকে এই অনুষ্ঠানে শিক্ষার্থী সহ শিল্পপ্রেমীদের উপস্থিতি কামনা করা হয়েছে।

Way2barak, April 1 : A unique visual performance titled “Living Die” is set to be held on April 2 at Assam University. The event is being organized by the Department of Visual Arts and will take place at 4:30 PM at the Bipin Chandra Pal Memorial Auditorium.

The performance is being produced by ‘Pain Players’ and conceptualized and designed by Prof. Abhibrata Chakraborty, with assistance from Arijit and Kiran Sinha. According to the organizers, the performance will artistically explore themes such as existence, death, psychological conflict, and various dimensions of human emotions.

Participants in the performance include Arijit, Kiran Sinha, Antara Rajkumari, Ritika Thapa, Tridisha Dutta, Nandini Deb, Swati Kumari, Prerana Sinha, Nirban Sinha, Shivam Das, Kushal Sinha, Jayashree Kalita, Riddhima Nath, Keilungliakle Newme, Siddhartha Rabidas, Biprajit Deb, Ganold Marwein, Bedasmita Nath, Sanchita Nandi, Parnashree Chakraborty, Manabi Pal, O. Juhi Sinha, Digangana Das, Reshmi Devi, Prasenjit Kumar Saha, and Taba Yania.

The organizers expressed hope that the visual performance will open new horizons of thought among the audience and add a fresh dimension to artistic expression. Students and art enthusiasts have been invited to attend the event.
