Man arrested in Silchar with suspected brown sugar

way2barak, Nov.12: Acting on a tip-off, IC Tarapur & staff intercepted a vehicle Registration No- AS-11EC-  2071 and recovered 5 nos. of soap box (65 gms) suspected to be Brown Sugar, In this connection, one person was arrested, namely, Nazrul Islam, age 35 years, S/O Late Abdul Kayum who is a resident of Baga Bazar, PS- Dholai, Dist- Cachar, Assam. Further investigation in the matter is on.
