93 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Friday, 158 discharged & no deaths registered

Dec. 25: On Saturday, out of 14,251 tests, 93 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,20,118. The positivity rate in the state is 0.39 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 28 positive cases during the day. Further, on Saturday, none died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,155. The recovery rate is 98.67 percent. Also, 158 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 757 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Friday, 93 persons tested positive in Assam and 02 deaths were registered.
