86 tests +ve in Assam on Sunday; 175 patients discharged
Active cases 3,142 in Assam
Nov. 22: On Sunday, out of 9,994 tests only 86 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,11,513 out of which, 3,142 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.86 percent.
On Sunday, 175 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,07,394 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, 01 more patient died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 974.
