380 tests +ve in Assam on Wednesday; 655 patients discharged
Active cases 8,110 in Assam
Nov. 4: On Wednesday, out of 29,026 tests only 380 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,07,741, out of which, 8,110 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 1,31 percent.
On Wednesday, 655 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 1,98,694 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, none in the state died due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 934.
