25 patients discharged in Assam on Wednesday including 2 from Silchar Medical College
Total 87 discharged as of now in the state
May 27: When the number of COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing in the state, a somewhat good news was disclosed in a tweet by State Health inister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. On Wednesday, a total of 25 COVID-19 patients were discharged from 3 hospitals of Assam, after being tested COVID-19 negative twice.

- 02 discharged from SMCH
- 01 discharged from JMCH
With this, the total number of patients discharged till now are 87. That means, at present, there are 680 active cases in Assam.
