219 total COVID-19 cases in Cachar, active cases 99

July 4: Saturday witnessed the biggest spike ever in Assam with 1202 positive cases reported during the day. Guwahati alone registered 777 positive cases. The rest 425 cases were reported from other parts of the state. “Time for all of us to be extra vigilant,” tweeted State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday.
