2 found Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Thursday, 03 discharged

Sept. 9: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Thursday, Hailakandi registered 02 new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether 12 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 777 RAT tests and 90 RT-PCR tests were done. 03 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,882 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,447 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 01 person was found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. Further, during the day, 3,211 persons were administered Covid-19 vaccines.
