Niramaya organised ‘Yoga Chetana Mahotsav’ at Dhoyarband

Way2barak, April 26 : To make this year’s International Yoga Day theme “One Earth, One Health” a success, the Niramaya Yoga Shiksha Sangsthan, Silchar is continuing its extensive programme. Niramay’s “Yoga Chetana Mahotsav” is underway. The organization, along with the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and the Ministry of AYUSH, is committed to spreading the message about the benefits of yoga education and practice from cities to villages.
Keeping this in mind, Niramaya is actively working on the ground. On Saturday, the organization held a workshop in Dhoyarband, located in the rural Barak area. The event took place at Gyandeep Public Academy, with many students participating. Gautam De, MD of Gyandeep, stated that such programs are truly beneficial for students and teachers alike. He expressed hope that Niramay would undertake more such workshops in the future.

Meanwhile, the Indian Yoga Association is actively working with the Ministry of AYUSH to successfully carry out the countdown and remaining programs for the upcoming Yoga Day in every state across the country.
In this regard, a virtual meeting led by the organization’s President, Guru maa Dr. Hansa Ji Yogendra, and General Secretary, Subodh Tiwari, is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th. This information was conveyed on Saturday by Shatakshi Bhattacharjee, Director of Niramaya and Zonal Co-ordinator(North-East ) of the Indian Yoga Association.
