123 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Saturday, 189 discharged & 5 deaths registered

Nov. 27: On Saturday, out of 27,702 tests, 123 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,16,435. The positivity rate in the state is 0.45 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 58 positive cases during the day. Further, on Saturday, 05 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,091. The recovery rate is 98.57 percent. Also, 189 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,373 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Friday, 175 persons tested positive in Assam and no deaths were registered.
