11 fresh COVID cases in Hailakandi, pushes tally to 3,405

April 22: Hailakandi reported 11 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, pushing the coronavirus tally in the district to 3,405. With these new cases, the district has altogether 23 active COVID-19 cases while 3,359 patients have been discharged. Five patients are presently undergoing treatment at SK Roy Civil Hospital, one at Silchar Medical College and Hospital and 17 kept under home isolation. . 1,71,558 samples for COVID-19 have been tested so far, including 759 samples in the last 24 hours. The district has accounted for nine COVID deaths.

Health authorities revealed that 42,800 vaccines have been received out of which 36,739 vaccinated. A little over 6,000 vaccines are available.
